Warranty
M-Coast Enterprises LLC offers a full 6-month warranty on all products from date of purchase. We will repair or replace your unit if it becomes defective or malfunctions in any way that may be attributed to manufacturer or assembly flaw. This warranty will be through us as well as the manufacturer of the components. This warranty does not cover any damage from abuse or accident, failure to follow proper installation or assembly instructions, or anything else that is not a manufacturer-related defect. Please do not open a product and try to repair it yourself, as this voids the warranty.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and their use in sporting activities, our return policy is limited and is determined on a case by case basis. We do not rent or sell used products and we strongly believe our customers do not want to buy used products. If you have any doubt or questions about what you are purchasing, we highly encourage you to email or call us to make sure you understand the complete functionality of the product.
We offer a one week limited return policy. This time frame will allow a customer to test out their product to see if it actually operates and functions as advertised. We must be notified within 5 business days of receipt of your product to request an RMA. Product must be in original packaging, and still in perfectly brand new condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) MUST be obtained prior to returning any item. RMA numbers may be obtained by emailing us. Returns without the RMA# WILL NOT be accepted.
RMA requests must be made within one week from when you received the product. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned products must be in the original packaging, include all manuals, cables and accessories, and be in new condition. Merchandise that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a refund.
Exceptions to these policies may occasionally be considered at our discretion. Please call us if you have any concerns.
To Obtain an RMA#:
Contact us via email to request an RMA#. We will reply with your RMA# and correct address to ship the product back to. Upon receipt of the RMA#, ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables and accessories, to the address provided with your RMA#. For your protection, insure the shipment for the value of the contents. Print the RMA# on the outside of the package. Enclose a note stating your name, company name (or any other name that may have been associated with the order), your return address, phone number, and the reason for the return or exchange. If we do not reply to your RMA# request within 24 hours, call us.
PLEASE, DO NOT RETURN A PRODUCT without an RMA#.
